Issues regarding high potential employees:
Make available to the Executive Committee a personalized approach for identifying "high-potential employees" making it possible to:
- Describe and classify each manager or expert in relation to "high-potential" employees,
- Strengthen the added value of the current and future managerial team by developing talents and retaining the loyalty of talented people,
- Have a global view of the quality of the company’s "high-potential" resources at the national and international level.
Guiding principles
We offer a 2-stage approach, under the direct authority of the Chairman and Executive Committee, in close collaboration with the Human Resources Department.
The level of internal confidentiality of the procedure is determined with the Chairman. It is chargeable to the training budget.
