Our management team support missions focus on:
- progress (consistency, operating methods, efficiency etc.)
- development (critical decisions, strategic choices etc.),
- change (organization, new management, amalgamation, mergers/acquisitions, integration of teams etc.),
- mediation (sensitive projects, conflict management, crises, negotiation etc.).
Common interests in the present and the future
Our mission begins with an analysis of the manager’s expectations and requirements. The approach is then validated by the whole team.
It involves 3 stages:
- individual reflection and contribution,
- exchange, including discussion of conflicting ideas to agree a shared approach,
- decision-making, with validation of the action plan by the team manager.
The ultimate aim is highly operational: to work together to further our shared approach and to give a clear structure to our actions.
