- Creation of a short and medium-term professional development strategy.
- Creation of a personal development plan.
Supporting managers in their professional development
Enabling them to:
- Develop an accurate and detailed image of their profile, in terms of know-how, interpersonal skills and aspirations,
- Based on the professional profile and development potential identified, work out a personal short and medium-term strategy,
- Prioritize the projects, identifying the main assets and advantages (areas of personal development).
Appraisal involves a tripartite agreement. It is chargeable to the training budget and the DIF (individual training entitlement).
