We provide individual support for directors and managers, strictly within the framework of their professional and management objectives:
- Leadership of the team and management of interpersonal relations,
- Optimization of management skills (in hierarchical and project mode),
- Professional development (assertiveness, organization, communication).
Supporting managers in their professional development enabling them to:
- Improve their understanding of their own working methods,
- Set development targets and progress indicators,
- Find their own solutions and implement them.
This is a personal and voluntary approach.
All information exchanged between the manager and the coach is strictly confidential.
Coaching involves a tripartite agreement. It is chargeable to the training budget and the DIF (individual training entitlement).
