Supporting managers in their professional development
Enabling them to:
- Improve their understanding of their own duties and those of their colleagues,
- Quickly understand the corporate strategy and the crucial aspects of their post,
- Set targets, explore their own solutions and implement them.
Enable Managers to respect the following stages:
- Optimize first meetings with future colleagues and establish their position within the company,
- Understand the methods of operation of the different team members and adapt their management style accordingly,
- Identify key members of staff and optimize interpersonal relations,
- Work out a personal action plan based on key missions in line with the corporate strategy.
Our approach requires the personal commitment of the new manager.
This support involves a tripartite agreement. It is chargeable to the training budget and the DIF (individual training entitlement).
