Supporting managers in their professional development

Enabling them to:

  1. Improve their understanding of their own duties and those of their colleagues,
  2. Quickly understand the corporate strategy and the crucial aspects of their post,
  3. Set targets, explore their own solutions and implement them.

Enable Managers to respect the following stages:

  1. Optimize first meetings with future colleagues and establish their position within the company,
  2. Understand the methods of operation of the different team members and adapt their management style accordingly,
  3. Identify key members of staff and optimize interpersonal relations,
  4. Work out a personal action plan based on key missions in line with the corporate strategy.

Our approach requires the personal commitment of the new manager.

This support involves a tripartite agreement. It is chargeable to the training budget and the DIF (individual training entitlement).
